We are representing a confidential construction technology organization that is transforming how major infrastructure projects are delivered across the UK, US, and Europe. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join their expanding operations.

This role combines advanced 4D scheduling with cutting-edge digital delivery methods. You'll work with engineering, production, and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

We're looking for planners from project-based industries including Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing—sectors where complex, multi-disciplinary programme management is second nature. Location: United Kingdom (Remote or London-based)

Responsibilities

• Lead external planning teams with proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration
• Integrate project programmes in accordance with client requirements into 3D design, including MEP sequencing within BIM models
• Work with commercial teams on client calls, demonstrating strong schedule and project knowledge
• Conduct project data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel with regular progress reporting at customer and company level
• Monitor productivity and completion deadlines, maintaining regular stakeholder interaction in this client-facing role
• Provide technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls within the project delivery team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of scheduling experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary project environment (construction, Oil & Gas, energy, infrastructure, or similar)
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent enterprise scheduling tools
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline—or equivalent practical experience
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
• Strong programme management skills with ability to integrate schedules, sequences, and dependencies across multi-disciplinary workstreams
• Ability to analyze project sequences, identify risks and coordination issues, and drive resolution
• Dynamic approach to working with people, with ability to influence stakeholders and drive optimal outcomes
• Able to coach and challenge both management and non-specialists; comfortable operating across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong client-facing communication skills with experience in regular progress reporting at senior level
• Curiosity and appetite to learn new methodologies and technologies
