Our client operates at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and European technology leadership. The Co-CEO you'll support leads not only within the company but across the broader European AI ecosystem, contributing to policy conversations, thought leadership, and strategic initiatives that shape the future of the industry.

As Chief of Staff, you will extend the executive's reach and impact across multiple domains. You'll manage critical projects, prepare materials for key decisions, produce structured thinking for public engagement, and ensure seamless execution across a growing organization. This is not an administrative role—it's a strategic position for someone who thrives in complexity and wants a front-row seat to consequential work.

Responsibilities

• Run meticulous project management across dozens of concurrent workstreams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and bottlenecks are identified before they materialize
• Augment executive execution by keeping leadership close to the most important product and strategic work across a fast-expanding surface area
• Prepare decision-making materials and ensure follow-through on commitments and strategic initiatives
• Structure and challenge executive thinking to produce keynotes, essays, panels, and thought leadership that shapes how European leaders approach AI
• Design and execute exceptional executive engagement experiences that bring key decision-makers together in collaboration with marketing teams
• Support policy work and ecosystem initiatives within the European AI community
• Act as an honest broker who synthesizes plans, pressure-tests assumptions, and brings ideas to their full potential
• Work closely with go-to-market teams to ensure external engagement serves customer needs

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup environment
• Exceptional ability to structure chaos and manage complexity across multiple contexts
• Deep fascination with artificial intelligence and technology, with conviction that technological progress builds a better world
• Impeccable taste across written communication, presentations, events, and strategic argumentation
• Range and depth—ability to switch contexts frequently while still going deep when required
• Clear, compelling writing and strong verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Calm, sound judgment with ability to prioritize effectively and read people well
• Proactive problem-solving approach with persistence to see initiatives through to completion
• Discretion and trustworthiness, as you'll be exposed to sensitive strategic information
• Exceptional work ethic and comfort with a demanding role that includes some travel
• Commitment to at least two years in the position

Note: This is an in-person role based in Berlin. The organization operates from a shared office environment where the full team works together on-site.
