About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential creative agency based in Karlsruhe, Germany, seeking a motivated student for a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) in Project Management and Sales. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client communication, project coordination, and business development within a dynamic team environment.

Our client offers a structured onboarding process where you'll work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and develop valuable skills in organization, communication, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management team in coordinating and implementing ongoing client projects
• Assist with planning, preparation, and follow-up of meetings, timelines, and tasks
• Participate in client communication and learn professional coordination processes
• Support sales activities including research of potential clients and contact persons
• Help prepare cold outreach activities, conversation guides, and follow-up communications
• Maintain and structure contact databases, leads, and internal processes
• Contribute ideas and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop
• Collaborate closely within a small, supportive team environment

What We're Looking For

• Must be completing a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) required by your study program
• Currently studying Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Business Psychology, or a comparable field
• Interest in project management, customer communication, and sales
• Willingness to engage with cold outreach and proactively approach new contacts
• Motivated to develop professionally and take on new challenges
• Structured, reliable, and able to work independently
• Enjoy organizing information, preparing materials, and communicating with people
• Open, eager to learn, and professional in manner
• Previous experience with CRM systems or MS Office is advantageous
• Minimum internship duration of four months
• German language proficiency required for client communication
