Senior Venture Lead (Berlin)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential high-growth technology company in Berlin that is scaling rapidly across Europe. Our client is building innovative products in the digital marketing and user acquisition space, and we're seeking a Senior Venture Lead to architect and launch their next generation of business lines.

This role offers significant ownership and equity participation in a profitable, fast-scaling organization. You will be responsible for incubating new ventures from concept to global scale, establishing the operating frameworks that enable autonomous execution, and building a world-class team around you.

Responsibilities

• Incubate and launch new venture initiatives, transforming validated market opportunities into scalable business pilots with signed flagship clients and approved business models
• Architect venture operating models including governance frameworks, funding structures, and decision-making processes that enable rapid execution without constant escalation
• Negotiate and integrate strategic partnerships with major enterprise advertisers to strengthen the company's market position
• Build and mentor a high-performance venture team by recruiting key leaders, setting quality standards, and coaching managers to deliver independently
• Own venture P&L and business impact through regular data reviews and creation of playbooks that prioritize highest-leverage opportunities
• Make disciplined scale/kill decisions based on evidence and market validation
• Translate high-level strategy into weekly execution plans using Lean Startup and Design Thinking methodologies

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record owning multi-venture initiatives in hyper-growth environments with demonstrated success launching or scaling major products
• Expertise building high-velocity delivery engines that translate strategy into executable weekly plans
• Deep understanding of growth analytics systems including LTV/CAC modeling, retention analysis, and incrementality measurement
• Strong knowledge of privacy and compliance requirements in digital advertising
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and representing organizations with clients, investors, and stakeholders
• Extreme ownership mentality with full accountability for venture outcomes from concept to scale
• Ability to standardize excellence through playbook creation and hands-on problem-solving
• Comfort making fast, evidence-based decisions in high-velocity environments
• Bonus: Experience in rewarded user acquisition or fintech product development
• Professional fluency in English required; German is a plus

Pay

The client offers a salary range of €140,000-180,000 per annum, plus equity participation and performance bonuses. Additional benefits include transport subsidy, meals, language learning support, gym membership, and work from a central Berlin office five days per week.
