We are representing a confidential high-growth technology company in Berlin that is building innovative user acquisition solutions at scale. Our talent team is seeking a Venture Manager to act as a strategic catalyst, transforming high-level vision into scalable business units. This role bridges strategic consulting expertise with hands-on execution, leading the end-to-end launch of critical company initiatives.

This is an in-office position in central Berlin, designed for ambitious professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategic ventures from concept through to functioning, scalable revenue streams
• Drive execution of high-priority initiatives directly with executive leadership using rapid testing and data-based decisions
• Serve as primary point of contact for major advertiser partnerships, managing high-level expectations and ensuring successful project delivery
• Develop whitepapers and innovative scaling methodologies to improve internal processes and company-wide efficiency
• Coordinate cross-functional workshops and lead execution across departments to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Analyze market trends and complex datasets to drive strategic insights and business decisions

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations, specifically taking initiatives from zero to one
• Deep proficiency in analyzing market trends and complex datasets to drive strategic insights
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles
• Proficiency in applying frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup to solve ambiguous business challenges
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership, set high standards for excellence, and iterate rapidly under intensity
• Strong preference for candidates with knowledge of AdTech, mobile gaming, or rewarded user acquisition landscapes
• Fluency in English required; German is a plus
