About the Role

This is an over-the-road dry van driving position for CDL-A licensed professionals. You'll operate company equipment transporting freight across varied routes, maintaining consistent weekly mileage while adhering to strict safety and DOT standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate a dry van tractor-trailer for long-haul freight delivery
• Log approximately 2,000 miles per week on average
• Maintain a 12-days-out, 2-days-home schedule
• Ensure on-time, damage-free delivery of freight
• Perform vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation per DOT requirements

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license with strong driving record
• 1–5 months of verifiable trucking experience
• Ability to commit to the 12-out, 2-home rotation
• Strong focus on safety compliance and professionalism
• Dependability and clear communication

Compensation & Benefits

• 57–64 cents per mile based on experience and performance
• Guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,500
• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• Top performers earn up to $1,650 per week
• Team driver option available: $5,000 sign-on bonus (split), 72–80 cents per mile split pay, with 5,000 miles per week average for paired operations
