About the Role

Join U.S. Xpress as a CDL-A Company Driver operating dry van trailers on long-haul routes across the United States. This full-time OTR position is designed for truck drivers with 1–5 months of verifiable experience who meet our safety standards and are committed to timely delivery.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a commercial dry van truck on interstate routes, averaging 2,000 miles weekly
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules
• Maintain professional standards while representing U.S. Xpress

What You'll Earn

• 57–64 cents per mile as a solo driver, based on experience
• Guaranteed minimum pay of $1,500 weekly
• Top 20% of our OTR drivers earn $1,650 or more per week
• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• Consistent home time: 12 days out, 2 days home per cycle
• Team driving available: $0.72–$0.80 per mile (split), $5,000 sign-on bonus, and 5,000+ weekly miles
