About the Role
As a CDL-A Company Driver, you'll operate a modern dry van truck, covering approximately 2,000 miles weekly for our growing OTR fleet. We're looking for professional drivers ready to commit to a consistent 12-days-out, 2-days-home schedule. With a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,500 and competitive mileage rates, top-performing drivers in our program earn $1,650 per week. This is steady, full-time work for drivers who want reliable income and the open road.
Core Duties
- Safely operate a dry van truck across interstate routes, maintaining compliance with all DOT and federal motor carrier regulations
- Manage pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding load status and delivery schedules
- Meet load delivery deadlines while prioritizing road safety and professionalism
What You Bring
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- 1–5 months of commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass a background check and DOT medical certification
- Reliability and willingness to work the 12-out/2-home OTR schedule
