Caregiver

About the Role

As a Caregiver with Sevita, you'll work at the heart of our mission—providing direct, compassionate support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities who are building independent lives in their communities. This full-time position lets you develop authentic relationships with the people you serve while joining a team that genuinely values this work.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support clients in achieving independence, maintaining dignity, and pursuing their personal goals
• Facilitate community participation and social engagement
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with individuals and their families
• Collaborate with our care team to deliver person-centered support
• Maintain clear communication and documentation with supervisors regarding client wellbeing and progress
