Position Summary

As a Behavioral Health Support Staff member with Mentor Community Services, you'll deliver hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings. This part-time role centers on helping each person achieve their goals, maintain independence, and lead a fulfilling life. Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral and personal care support to individuals in community settings
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence and skill development
• Support individuals in building community connections and participating in meaningful activities
• Document progress and communicate updates with the clinical and support team
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment that encourages personal growth
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure quality, person-centered services
