About the Role

As Program Director, you'll oversee the strategic direction, operations, and quality of specialized rehabilitation programs serving our diverse client population. Working within the NeuroRestorative division of Sevita, you'll manage day-to-day program delivery while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership for assigned programs and service lines
  • Supervise and develop clinical and support staff to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and performance metrics
  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure adherence to regulations and best practices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes for individuals in vocational, therapy, and specialized programs
  • Build relationships with referral sources, families, and community partners
  • Monitor and report on program effectiveness and participant progress

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree or higher in healthcare administration, rehabilitation services, social work, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, healthcare operations, or rehabilitation services
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing budgets and supervising staff
  • Commitment to serving individuals with complex medical and behavioral needs
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple locations
