About the Role

As a Caregiver with Sevita, you'll deliver hands-on support to individuals in our community, fostering growth, learning, and wellness. This is a full-time dayshift position offering $14.75 per hour with on-demand pay options, giving you flexibility and financial control.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct personal care and daily living assistance to program participants
• Support individuals in developing life skills and pursuing personal goals
• Build authentic, respectful relationships with the people you serve
• Ensure participant safety, dignity, and well-being in all interactions
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
• Document care activities and participant progress as required
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated compassion and patience working with diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and commitment to showing up for the people you support
• Ability to work a consistent dayshift schedule
• Openness to feedback and continuous learning
