We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Business Information Developer Senior in Richmond, Richmond County. This role offers a hybrid work model requiring 1–2 days per week in-office, balancing collaborative engagement with the flexibility to support your productivity and work-life balance.

This is a contract position with an anticipated end date of September 25, 2026.

Responsibilities

As a Business Information Developer Senior, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and reporting frameworks
• Build and optimize data models, dashboards, and analytical tools to support key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across business intelligence platforms
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Senior-level experience in business intelligence development, data analytics, or related technical roles
• Strong proficiency with BI tools and platforms (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies)
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $62,760–$94,140 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
