About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential insurance organization seeking a Business Programmer II with strong C#/.NET proficiency. Our client is a well-established company committed to delivering employee benefit solutions, and they need an experienced developer to join their technology team in North Springs, DeKalb County.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using C# and.NET framework
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner
• Support the full software development lifecycle from analysis through deployment

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in C# and.NET framework (required)
• Experience developing business applications in an enterprise environment
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Knowledge of database technologies and SQL
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
