About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Scrum Master to support their regulatory reporting initiatives. This is a permanent, full-time position based at the client site in Atlanta, GA (Sandy Plains, Fulton County area).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support regulatory reporting initiatives through effective Scrum framework implementation
- Partner with Product Owners and regulatory stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Remove impediments and foster team collaboration
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience with regulatory or compliance-focused projects preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
