FinOps Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in New Orleans, Orleans Parish, seeking a FinOps Analyst to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on financial operations within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize financial operations processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in financial analysis, preferably within a healthcare or large organizational setting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
