About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential home furnishings organization in their search for an Interior Solutions Consultant. This is a remote, consultative sales role serving U.S.-based residential and commercial clients. You'll own the full sales cycle—from initial engagement through close—while providing expert guidance on custom window treatment solutions.

Our client seeks a self-motivated professional with a background in interior design, architecture, or decoration who can translate customer needs into tailored recommendations and consistently exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales conversations with U.S.-based prospects during American business hours
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess customer needs and design custom window treatment solutions
• Own the complete sales process end-to-end, including CRM pipeline management and forecast accuracy
• Provide consultative, expert guidance on product options and design best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sale customer experiences
• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics including conversion rate, activity volume, and revenue targets

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in consultative, technical, or high-ticket sales (B2B or B2C environments)
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas
• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Decoration, or a related field strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Customer-focused approach with ability to act as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional seller
• Proficiency with modern CRM platforms and virtual sales tools
• Self-directed work style with reliable equipment (computer, webcam, headset) and high-speed internet
• Availability to align with U.S. business hours for optimal customer engagement
