We are representing a confidential digital commerce consulting firm based in Frankfurt. Our client works with leading consumer brands on sophisticated e-commerce growth initiatives, combining strategic consulting with hands-on execution. This Senior E-Commerce Consultant role offers the opportunity to drive measurable business outcomes for direct-to-consumer, retail, and consumer goods clients.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're seeking an experienced consultant who can bridge strategy and execution—someone who develops growth roadmaps and translates customer journey insights into concrete results like revenue growth, improved conversion rates, and sustainable digital business development.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on e-commerce growth strategy, direct-to-consumer initiatives, conversion optimization, funnel performance, and digital growth levers
• Manage client projects independently or collaboratively with senior colleagues—from planning through execution to performance tracking
• Develop growth roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive implementation alongside clients and internal teams
• Identify opportunities through KPI analysis including revenue development, conversion rate, ROAS, retention, AOV, and customer lifetime value
• Serve as a trusted client contact, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute your expertise to evolving consulting methodologies
• Translate complex digital commerce concepts into clear, actionable recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, consulting, digital agency work, or comparable roles
• Proven track record managing client projects, e-commerce initiatives, or digital growth programs either collaboratively or independently
• Strong understanding of growth strategies, conversion rate optimization, customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and KPI-driven work
• Comfort working with clients and stakeholders while structuring complex topics clearly
• Ability to think strategically and execute operationally—developing ideas, prioritizing initiatives, and advancing topics pragmatically
• Demonstrated ownership mentality with reliable communication and ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
• Excellent German language skills and strong English proficiency
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is valued
