Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable pipeline growth through strategic CRM and funnel management.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and own the lead generation and CRM strategy for your business area, aligned with broader marketing objectives
• Build and continuously optimize the CRM system, including data quality management and marketing automation workflows
• Prepare sales messaging and assets, including email sequences, collateral, and argumentation frameworks across the full funnel
• Create targeted funnel content tailored to each stage of the customer journey
• Manage outbound campaigns and inbound lead nurturing sequences, including webinar follow-up programs
• Execute customer marketing initiatives, upsell campaigns, and network/partner relationship management
• Oversee CRM and outbound tooling budgets and report on KPIs including pipeline, MQL, SQL, and upsell metrics

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Growth Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, or similar role within a company or digital agency
• Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, marketing automation, and data-driven funnel management from lead through existing customer
• Comfort working with complex sales processes and collaborating closely with sales teams
• Quick content comprehension and creative writing skills to develop B2B messaging that resonates
• Confident communication style with the ability to advise sales teams and partners in a solution-oriented manner
• Generalist marketing expertise and hands-on experience with CRM and outreach platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable tools preferred)
• Structured working style with consistent focus on KPIs like pipeline, MQL, and SQL, making data-driven decisions
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and very good English proficiency

This position is based in Cologne with flexible hybrid arrangements available.
