Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential healthcare IT organization seeking a Project Lead for Insurance Software in München. In this role, you will:
- Steer complex IT projects with measurable impact for the healthcare sector
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams across technical and business functions
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions
- Guide customers from initial planning through final implementation
- Drive standardization initiatives that reduce complexity and advance digital transformation
- Manage customer on-site visits during implementation phases, including multi-day engagements with overnight stays
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical understanding combined with process efficiency mindset
- Experience leading IT projects in healthcare or insurance software environments
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate across disciplines
- Fluency in German (required for client interactions)
- Willingness to travel for customer projects as needed
- Based in or able to relocate to München
Work arrangement: Hybrid – München-based candidates work flexibly with 2-3 days per week on-site, especially during onboarding and team collaboration periods. Remote arrangements may be available from other German locations with monthly travel to München for 2-3 days of team coordination.
