Werkstudent (m/w/d) Brand & Employer Branding

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential Berlin-based organization undergoing an exciting brand transformation. As a working student in Brand & Employer Branding, you will shape how the company presents itself as an employer while supporting the intersection of marketing and talent acquisition.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Supporting the employer branding perspective of an organizational brand relaunch, ensuring consistency across positioning, employer value proposition, and communication materials in collaboration with marketing and talent acquisition teams
• Creating employer branding content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, XING) in text, image, and video formats, coordinating approvals with HR, departments, and featured employees
• Managing content scheduling and contributing to editorial planning for social platforms
• Assisting with the development and optimization of social recruiting campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, monitoring campaign performance, preparing key metrics, and deriving optimization recommendations
• Maintaining career website content and identifying gaps to strengthen employer positioning in the competitive market
• Managing employer profiles on job portals including LinkedIn and kununu, professionally handling reviews in coordination with HR
• Supporting organizational culture development through targeted initiatives, events, and rollout of company values
• Assisting with intranet development and internal communication strategy alongside marketing, talent acquisition, and IT teams
• Contributing to the conception and communication of an employee benefit tool, focusing on requirements gathering, content development, user communication, and activation

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Current enrollment in Business Administration with focus on Marketing or HR, Marketing/Communications Management, Media/Communication Sciences, Psychology, or comparable field
• Practical experience from internships, university projects, student initiatives, or volunteer work is a plus but not required—enthusiasm to learn various marketing topics is more important
• Ideally, experience with tools such as Claude or Canva and content management systems like WordPress
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent German language skills in written and spoken communication, with strong copywriting abilities (C1 to C2 level)
• Enjoyment working with diverse internal and external stakeholders with strong communication skills
• Careful, independent, and reliable working style with a good eye for design

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €18.50 per hour

This is a working student position (Werkstudent) based in Berlin with the opportunity to work closely with the marketing team on-site in a centrally located office near Ku'damm with excellent public transportation connections.
