Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction and property development organization seeking a working student to support their planning team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will:

• Assist in creating draft, execution, and detailed plans for complex retail, commercial, and office spaces
• Support the preparation of construction drawings
• Help prepare presentations and participate in their delivery

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant technical or creative degree program (Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar)
• Ideally, initial experience with CAD tools such as ArchiCAD
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities
• Openness to varied tasks and enthusiasm for teamwork
