About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare consulting organization seeking a Working Student in Business Operations for their Hamburg office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting senior leadership while completing your studies. The position is designed for 20 hours per week and offers insight into the operational steering of a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and creation of client briefings and presentations
• Assist with the creation, review, and management of contracts and documentation
• Handle organizational and administrative tasks in daily operations
• Maintain and update data, documents, and internal systems
• Support coordination of internal and external appointments
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, including documentation of results
• Collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Sales, (Health) Management, Health Sciences, or a comparable field
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong organizational skills and service orientation
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Enthusiasm for coordinating diverse topics and taking responsibility
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Ability to work 20 hours per week while studying
