Senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital commerce consultancy based in Frankfurt that is building out its marketing function. This is a hands-on role combining strategic positioning with operational execution.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and refining B2B marketing strategy in close collaboration with executive leadership, sharpening messaging, USP, ICP, and value proposition for enterprise e-commerce clients
• Managing brand presence across website, LinkedIn, PR, content marketing, and events to ensure consistent, premium positioning across all channels
• Building thought leadership through strong content formats, partner marketing, event marketing, and trade show presence to increase visibility in the DACH market
• Defining and tracking KPIs around brand awareness, engagement, content performance, and lead quality to drive data-based growth marketing decisions
• Working cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, and recruiting teams as the central marketing role, with potential to build out the marketing team over time

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience with proven track record in brand management, scaling brands, or developing positioning across multiple channels
• Completed degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Management, Business Administration, or comparable field
• Strong expertise in content-driven marketing and LinkedIn B2B branding, comfortable collaborating directly with executive leadership
• Experience managing budgets and measuring impact through KPIs and tracking mechanisms
• Proficiency with tools including LinkedIn, CMS platforms (Webflow/WordPress), SEO tools, and Google Analytics
• Builder mentality with drive to continuously test new approaches, initiate change, and position the organization as a premium partner in enterprise segments
• High ownership mindset combining strategic thinking with reliable, hands-on execution and quality standards
• Excellent German and strong English language skills
