About This Role
Our talent team is representing a confidential marketing communications agency based in Washington, D.C. They are seeking a Digital Content Archivist to join their team and manage digital asset preservation and organization for public sector and government-focused campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Organize, catalog, and maintain digital content libraries and archives
- Develop and implement digital asset management systems and taxonomies
- Ensure proper metadata tagging and searchability of digital materials
- Coordinate with creative and account teams to archive campaign materials
- Maintain version control and file naming conventions
- Support content retrieval requests from internal teams
- Ensure compliance with retention policies and government documentation standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience with digital asset management systems and archival best practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with metadata standards and information architecture
- Proficiency with content management platforms
- Understanding of file formats, digital preservation, and storage protocols
- Ability to work with creative teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting government or public sector clients is a plus
- Based in or able to work from Washington, D.C.
