Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital agency in Berlin seeking an experienced TYPO3 Developer. In this role, you will focus primarily on backend development while also handling CMS integration.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Programming in PHP/Symfony and SQL within the TYPO3 framework
- Collaborating with team members to conceptualize and implement online applications based on TYPO3 in LAMP environments
- Integrating delivered frontend designs and implementing user and client management concepts
- Incorporating existing TYPO3 extensions and connecting third-party systems
- Optimizing code for performance, security, and data privacy
- Maintaining and enhancing existing web applications
What We're Looking For
Our client needs a developer with substantial hands-on experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience programming with PHP, ExtBase, and SQL
- Demonstrated experience with CMS integration using TYPO3
- Practical experience developing custom extensions
- Proficiency with Git version control using GitFlow methodology
- Strong command of standard web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and XML
- Ideally holding valid certification as "TYPO3 CMS Certified Integrator" or "TYPO3 CMS Certified Developer"
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
- Located in or willing to relocate to Berlin
