Werkstudent:in Marketing (m/w/d)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential technology client in Munich who is looking for a working student to join their marketing operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly involved in creating marketing assets, managing content channels, and keeping day-to-day marketing activities running smoothly—from initial concept through to launch.

Location: Munich (hybrid)

Language Requirements: Very strong German (C1+) and good English required

Responsibilities

Content & Social Media:

• Maintain editorial calendars and prepare social media posts for platforms including LinkedIn
• Write and edit short-form content including post captions and newsletter components
• Support website content updates and editorial tasks

Design & Asset Creation:

• Produce marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite—social graphics, presentation slides, one-pager layouts
• Maintain and expand template libraries to ensure brand consistency
• Create visual materials to support product marketing and sales teams

Marketing Operations & Events:

• Support organization of events, trade shows, and team activities
• Conduct research on competitors, topics, and contacts
• Assist with marketing process optimization and data maintenance

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled student (ideally in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar) for the entire duration of employment
• Initial experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite with a good eye for design
• Very strong German language skills (C1 or higher) and good English; confident in writing copy
• Structured, independent working style with motivation to tackle operational tasks

Preferred:

• Experience with social media content management or campaign work
• Interest in B2B software and technical topics
• Openness to AI-supported workflows
