Business Development Representative (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential U.S.-based home healthcare organization seeking a Business Development Representative to drive facility outreach, recruitment initiatives, and administrative coordination.

In this role, you will conduct high-volume outbound calling to healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and caseworkers to introduce staffing and patient care services. You will identify staffing needs, build professional relationships with referral sources, and maintain consistent follow-ups to convert opportunities into partnerships.

You will support recruitment efforts for Medicaid waiver programs and private duty nursing cases, particularly for pediatric patients. This includes contacting healthcare facilities to identify potential patient placements, matching available staff to appropriate opportunities, and coordinating with the internal team on new staffing needs.

Depending on your experience, you may also assist with insurance credentialing tasks, including contacting insurance companies regarding requirements and status, following up on outstanding information, and maintaining accurate records of credentialing progress.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized documentation of outreach activity, preparing end-of-day reports, and tracking responses and next steps. Success will be measured through consistent outreach activity, new opportunities identified, and contribution toward acquiring approximately 4 new clients per month.

What We're Looking For

Required experience and skills:

• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound outreach, business development, recruitment, or appointment setting
• Strong professional phone communication skills with confidence initiating conversations
• Comfortable conducting high-volume outbound outreach and persistent follow-ups
• Ability to explain services clearly and move conversations toward appropriate next steps
• Recruitment or staffing experience with strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate activity records
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward productivity targets
• Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps), computer, noise-canceling headset, and webcam
• Must provide NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding

Highly preferred experience:

• Healthcare credentialing experience
• Healthcare business development or outreach experience
• Home healthcare or healthcare staffing background
• Experience with Medicaid waiver programs or private duty nursing recruitment
• Experience communicating with hospital or clinic caseworkers
• Familiarity with HHAeXchange, CRM platforms, or VoIP phone systems

Pay

This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines. Work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Daylight Time, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Pay: $6 - $7 per hour USD, depending on experience.
