What This Role Involves

As a Bio Packaging Technician 3rd Shift Sunday – Thursday 10:00pm – 6:30am at Zoetis in Lincoln, you will contribute to packaging workflows that keep production moving efficiently after hours. The full-time schedule runs Sunday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:30am, giving you a consistent overnight rhythm focused on packaging tasks. You will work on site in Lincoln handling materials, equipment, and documentation that help ensure finished packages meet quality standards. This role emphasizes reliability, clean execution of procedures, and clear communication with team members on the third shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare packaging materials and components according to approved work instructions for each batch or run.
• Operate packaging line equipment and related tools following all safety and operating procedures.
• Inspect packaging quality at key checkpoints and raise any deviations or defects immediately.
• Label, count, stage, and transfer packaged units while maintaining accurate records.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and packaging areas between runs or as scheduled.
• Complete batch documentation thoroughly and on time to support full traceability.
• Follow established good manufacturing practices and keep the packaging environment organized throughout the night shift.
• Collaborate with shift leads and teammates to meet production targets safely and consistently.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work the full third-shift schedule of Sunday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:30am on a reliable full-time basis.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort operating packaging or production equipment once trained.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting labels, seals, and finished packages.
• Capacity to stand, lift, reach, and perform physical packaging tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow written procedures, safety rules, and hygiene requirements carefully.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with overnight team members.
• Previous experience in packaging, production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is helpful but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a proactive attitude that supports smooth third-shift operations in Lincoln.
