What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain current knowledge of prepared food product specifications and nutritional information
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions accurately
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support daily cafe operations
• Teach other team members and customers about food options, ingredients, and daily offerings
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment, serving stations, and dining areas
• Stock ingredients, supplies, and inventory in accordance with company standards
• Communicate clearly with your team to coordinate service and resolve operational needs
• Support other areas of the store when business demands require it
