About the Role
As a Press Operator with Integrity Trade Services in Grand Ledge, you'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and attention to detail drive the production of high-quality fiberglass components. What You'll Do
- Operate industrial presses to manufacture fiberglass components to exact specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and production output during active shifts
- Inspect components to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work station
- Work collaboratively with fellow operators to achieve daily production targets
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to your supervisor
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to work reliably on the first shift schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Genuine dedication to workplace safety and company policies
- Physical capacity to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks
- Prior equipment operation experience is valuable but not required; we provide thorough training
- Excellent attendance record and consistent punctuality
