Behavioural Health Coach (Hungary)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking Behavioural Health Coaches in Hungary. This freelance remote role offers flexibility to set your own business hours while supporting clients through 30-minute video sessions focused on mental health and personal development. This position is ideal for supplementing your current practice or employment.

Our talent team is building a community of certified coaches and mental health professionals to expand access to quality mental health support for working adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one telehealth professional coaching and mental health support to clients
• Address sub-clinical concerns including work stress, procrastination, work-life balance, and personal effectiveness
• Support clients in establishing personal and career goals, improving relationships, and achieving growth objectives
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest program and platform improvements

What We're Looking For

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling
• Proficiency in coaching techniques and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT
• ICF Coaches: minimum 200 coaching hours completed
• Counsellors: minimum 300 clinical hours post-graduation
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles strongly preferred
