Konstrukteur / Produktentwickler (m/w/d) für Prüfadapter & Testvorrichtungen – CAD / 3D-Druck

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization specializing in custom test equipment and prototyping solutions. In this role, you will manage projects from initial customer requirements through to final delivery:

• Conduct technical consultations with clients and develop tailored solutions
• Prepare cost estimates and generate project proposals
• Design custom test adapters and fixtures using CAD software
• Select appropriate manufacturing methods and components for each application
• Execute 3D printing, assembly, and wiring of fixtures
• Perform commissioning, testing, and optimization of your designs
• Contribute to internal projects and process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Passion for solving technical problems through hands-on practical work
• Proficiency with CAD systems—Autodesk Fusion experience is ideal
• Experience with 3D printing and additive manufacturing is advantageous
• Electronics knowledge and assembly/wiring experience are a plus
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills and willingness to take ownership
• Pragmatic problem-solving approach with eagerness to contribute your own ideas
• Formal qualifications are secondary—we focus on your demonstrated capabilities
• Portfolio of CAD, electronics, or 3D printing projects (professional or personal) is welcome

Location: Esslingen, Germany (on-site due to hands-on development and manufacturing requirements)

Schedule: Flexible hours; part-time or full-time arrangements available
