About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential teletherapy organization that provides clinical services to school districts nationwide. Our talent team is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists who want to deliver high-quality care in a fully remote environment while being part of a collaborative professional community.
This role allows you to support students in building essential communication skills through virtual sessions, working closely with educators to ensure measurable progress and meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote speech-language therapy sessions with K-12 students
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document sessions, track outcomes, and prepare progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to educational planning
- Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program
- Active state license in Speech Language Pathology
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a school setting
- Strong ethical standards and professional accountability
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with educators and families
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a remote work environment
- Cultural competence and sensitivity when working with diverse student populations
