Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sustainability organization focused on mobility transformation. Our client is seeking a working student to join their Monitoring & Analysis team in Berlin. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the conception, coordination, and execution of research studies
• Assisting with preparation, facilitation, and evaluation of working meetings and workshops, including invitation management
• Researching and preparing information for briefing documents
• Supporting the creation of presentations and reports
• Managing pre- and post-workshop logistics
• Handling organizational tasks within your team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student in social sciences, political sciences, engineering, economics, or related field (preferably in higher semesters)
• Ideally possesses knowledge of statistical analysis and survey evaluation
• Preferably has experience through studies or previous working student positions with questionnaire design and study methodology
• Strong interest in electric mobility, charging infrastructure, and energy transformation in transportation
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Excellent German and good English language skills

Position Details

This is a working student position (Werkstudent*in) located in Berlin Fasanenstrasse. The role offers a 12-month contract with possibility of extension, with approximately 19.5 hours per week (flexible scheduling to accommodate your study timetable). Up to 60% remote work is possible. The position includes subsidized public transportation and sports membership benefits.
