(Senior) CRM Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential meal delivery company seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join their marketing team in Berlin. In this role, you will serve as the strategic voice connecting the brand to its community of health-conscious customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Continuously developing and optimizing CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer engagement
• Building and scaling customer journeys and marketing automations across multiple touchpoints
• Owning the CRM roadmap while advancing personalization and segmentation capabilities
• Designing and launching new CRM initiatives focused on retention, customer lifetime value, and loyalty metrics
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners in marketing, product, business intelligence, and engineering to enhance the end-to-end customer experience
• Establishing a data-driven testing and experimentation culture within the CRM function
