Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential retail organization in Dresden that is investing heavily in digitalization and developing custom software tools for over 1,000 active users. As a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, you will work daily with AI-powered tools to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive implementation. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing existing business processes across customer service, marketing, operations, and internal workflows
- Identifying opportunities for digitalization and automation
- Deploying and testing AI tools to optimize process efficiency
- Building automations and digital workflows
- Implementing AI-supported solutions in collaboration with leadership and the AI team
- Testing new technologies and tools in the AI space
- Continuously improving existing processes
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
- Excellent analytical and structured thinking abilities
- Strong interest in AI, digitalization, and automation
- Enthusiasm for testing new tools and implementing practical solutions
- Independent and structured working style
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- German language proficiency required for this Dresden-based role
