About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential strategic consultancy operating across multiple continents. This organization specializes in enterprise resource planning and financial process automation for mid-sized companies. We're seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to help build their pipeline in the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting with a target of 120+ calls per day
- Identify and qualify leads, converting them into sales-qualified opportunities
- Engage CFOs and finance leaders in consultative conversations about enterprise software and automation
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to hand off qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking
- Consistently meet KPIs for call volume, lead quality, and pipeline development
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Native-level German fluency (mandatory)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in business contexts
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Disciplined, resilient "hunter" mentality with strong cold-calling stamina
- Availability to work Central European Time (CET) hours
Preferred:
- Track record in cold calling or business development
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or professional services
- Familiarity with modern CRM platforms
- Understanding of financial systems or enterprise resource planning software
