Licensed Telehealth Therapist / Mental Health Counselor (Mississippi)

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization specializing in mental health services for neurodivergent adults. They are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join their growing clinical team across Mississippi.

This is a telehealth position offering exceptional flexibility and the opportunity to provide affirming, specialized care to an underserved population. You'll work with autistic and neurodivergent adults while enjoying the autonomy to design your own schedule and build a meaningful practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth to autistic and neurodivergent adult clients
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the neurodivergent population
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health record systems
• Participate in regular peer consultation and case conferences
• Build and maintain a caseload appropriate to your chosen position type (15+ or 25+ clients)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to neurodiversity-affirming approaches

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Mississippi license as an independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care

Preferred:

• Previous telehealth experience
• Experience or training in neurodiversity-affirming approaches

Position Types Available:

• Full-Time (Benefits-Eligible): 25+ hours weekly availability, comprehensive benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), and PTO
• Part-Time: 15+ hours weekly availability, ideal for practitioners with existing commitments

Schedule Flexibility:

• Set your own schedule, 7 days a week, between 7am and 10pm
• No required evening, weekend, or on-call hours
• Design your work schedule around your personal needs

Pay

This is a W2 per-session position. Our client offers a transparent fee-for-service model where your income grows with your client relationships. Additional compensation includes 50% reimbursement for late cancellations and no-shows, with payment every 2 weeks for sessions provided.

The session rate for this role ranges from $55 to $60 USD per session, paid through our client. Benefits-eligible positions also include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
