About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential blockchain technology organization for an early-career program position in Talent Acquisition. This is a fixed-term accelerator program designed for current students and recent graduates who want hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving Web3 and cryptocurrency space.

You'll work directly with senior recruiters to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities while gaining exposure to employer branding, candidate engagement, and recruitment strategy in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates, particularly for technical positions
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, internal applicant tracking systems, and local job boards
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the organization's ATS (such as Greenhouse or Lever)
• Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies
• Contribute to employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
• Identify and propose process improvements based on your observations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (current student or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy; prior internship experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in an international, tech-driven environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
