Affiliate Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Affiliate Manager to join their growing team in India. Our client operates a high-volume platform serving businesses globally, and this role will directly impact their largest customer acquisition channel through strategic affiliate recruitment and relationship management.

As a recruiter working with this organization, we're looking for someone who combines sales acumen with digital marketing expertise—a strategic thinker who can build relationships, set goals, and drive measurable program growth.

Responsibilities

• Track and optimize performance against affiliate program growth KPIs and key metrics
• Collaborate regularly with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to develop and execute affiliate recruitment strategies
• Prospect and build targeted lists of potential affiliate partners
• Create personalized growth strategies and quarterly targets for existing affiliates
• Ensure sponsored and endorsed affiliates meet contractual commitments
• Manage affiliate landing pages and pre-defined offer structures
• Attend in-person events, which may require travel, extended standing, and full event participation
• Support event-related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the SaaS industry
• 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
• Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to help users succeed with software platforms
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn various CRM systems
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms (strongly preferred)
• Sales-minded entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication skills
• Creative approach to outreach and relationship building
• Organizational skills and strategic thinking capabilities
