Lifestyle Marketing Associate Account Director

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Lifestyle Marketing Associate Account Director based in Colombia. This role requires managing a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle accounts, serving as the primary strategic partner for clients on a day-to-day basis. You'll own the performance narrative, identify growth opportunities, and ensure all marketing efforts align with business objectives across longer purchase cycles and considered buying behavior.

Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts and support calls on smaller accounts, owning the performance narrative in either scenario
• Translate strategic roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities and flag when short-term performance pressure conflicts with long-cycle strategy
• Track full-funnel performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, surfacing insights that explain measurement complexity in actionable terms
• Coordinate paid media, SEO, content, email, and creative teams around unified account strategies
• Support retention strategy including repeat purchase rate, lifetime value by acquisition cohort, and post-purchase lifecycle performance
• Identify when clients are interpreting last-touch metrics in ways that could lead to suboptimal budget decisions
• Support quarterly strategy development, renewal preparation, and service expansion conversations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to retention targets of 90% or higher across your accounts
• Utilize proprietary marketing technology platforms daily to surface performance issues proactively

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing with client relationship management experience
• Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy and how awareness, consideration, and conversion channels interact
• Comfortable with multi-touch attribution limitations and able to explain what last-touch measurement misses
• Working knowledge of upper-funnel channels including content marketing, SEO, video advertising, and programmatic
• Experience working with brands where creative quality and storytelling are competitive differentiators
• Proven ability to manage clients through longer measurement cycles while maintaining their confidence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to make complex, multi-channel performance stories accessible to non-technical clients
• Experience with brands selling consumer durables or products with higher SKU counts preferred
