Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential client experience research firm that works with luxury brands worldwide. This freelance role involves conducting discreet evaluations of premium retail environments:
- Visit luxury boutiques, complete online purchases, or engage with brand services in Oberhausen and surrounding areas
- Provide objective feedback through detailed questionnaires after each assignment
- Complete evaluations across diverse luxury sectors including fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, watches, and automotive
- Select assignments that match your personal profile and interests from available opportunities
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all project requirements
- Pass initial certification and follow brand-specific evaluation protocols
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks freelance evaluators who are genuine customers of luxury brands. The ideal candidate brings:
- Active patronage of premium and luxury retail brands
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional observational skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and organizational abilities
- Passion for understanding and improving customer experience
- No current or prior employment with luxury retail brands (to ensure objectivity)
- No prior mystery shopping experience required—authentic customer perspective is valued
