Temporary Property Recruiter

About This Opportunity

Our recruiting team is representing a confidential property management organization seeking a Temporary Property Recruiter to support their rapid growth across multifamily and residential portfolios nationwide. This role offers an excellent opportunity to partner with hiring managers, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary recruiting support for assigned hiring managers and divisions across the organization
• Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring process expectations
• Provide recommendations for difficult-to-fill positions through market insights and sourcing strategies
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up
• Build diverse talent pipelines through traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Monitor recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates
• Prepare and communicate regular recruiting updates and open position reports to operations leaders
• Partner with recruiting operations and marketing teams to maximize recruiting campaigns and hiring events
• Coordinate with HR, onboarding teams, background screening vendors, and payroll partners to ensure seamless hiring processes
• Support organizational growth initiatives, acquisitions, and property transitions through effective recruiting execution

What We're Looking For

• Prior recruiting or hiring experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• ATS knowledge preferred
• Strong customer service experience and professional presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, even in high-volume environments
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate teams
• Capability to utilize market intelligence and identify talent trends
• Experience supporting internal mobility initiatives is a plus

Pay
