We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Cold Email Outreach Specialist to join their remote team. This is a performance-driven role where you'll own the complete outbound email prospecting process—from building targeted prospect lists and crafting personalized campaigns to managing deliverability and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

You will own end-to-end cold email campaign execution:

• Build highly targeted prospect lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms
• Segment prospects by industry, company size, job title, geography, and ideal customer profile criteria
• Verify and clean contact data using NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or Clearout
• Write persuasive cold email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action with personalization at scale
• Launch and manage multi-step outbound sequences (4–8 touchpoints) using platforms like Instantly, Lemlist, or Smartlead
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily based on engagement and reply metrics
• Manage inbox reputation, sender health, bounce rates, and spam scores to maximize deliverability
• Rotate sending domains and resolve deliverability issues proactively
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and send times
• Review campaign replies, categorize responses, and route qualified prospects to the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations
• Prepare campaign performance reports and document optimization history

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of experience in cold email outreach, outbound lead generation, sales development (SDR), or outbound marketing
• Hands-on experience with outreach platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or Woodpecker
• Proven track record writing cold email campaigns that generate qualified responses
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for list management and data analysis
• Excellent written English communication with persuasive, concise writing ability
• Strong analytical mindset focused on continuous performance improvement
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, execution-focused environment

Nice-to-have experience:

• Managing large-scale email deliverability and understanding DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
• Supporting B2B SaaS, agencies, or professional service businesses
• Collaborating with SDRs or Account Executives on pipeline handoff
• Familiarity with outbound automation workflows and CRM integrations

Key success metrics include: high email open rates, positive reply and conversation rates, low bounce rates, strong inbox health, consistent campaign execution, accurate CRM documentation, and growth in qualified outbound pipeline.
