B2CP Growth Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential PropTech organization seeking a B2CP Growth Analyst to join their entrepreneurial partnerships team in London. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the London office with 3 days remote.

This position offers genuine ownership from day one—you'll manage commercial relationships, build live dashboards, maintain forecasting models, and work on high-impact conversion improvement projects. As the team grows, there's a clear path to owning a full product vertical.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement projects that increase partner conversion across data enrichment, leads management, product suitability, and marketing/communications throughout the customer journey
• Own performance data flows from partners, build and maintain real-time dashboards, and run partner performance meetings that drive actionable outcomes
• Build and maintain forecasting models and trend analysis for current and prospective partner relationships, working with Finance on reporting reconciliation
• Design and launch dedicated propositions for under-served customer segments—a strategic priority for the business
• Manage commercial relationships with smaller partners and run a lightweight "partnership incubator" process to identify and test new high-value partnerships
• Capture customer and stakeholder feedback to improve the user journey and troubleshoot technical issues
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Commercial teams

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Experience in a commercial, partnerships, analytics, or growth-focused role—ideally from a startup, scale-up, or competitive graduate scheme background
• Genuine entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrable track record of identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities
• Confident working with data: comfortable building models and dashboards, and translating numbers into commercial narratives for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Natural relationship builder, equally comfortable presenting to external partners and challenging internal stakeholders
• Highly organized with a proven record of driving actions and commitments through to completion
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday workflow

Desirable:

• SQL or BI tooling experience
• Genuine interest in the rental housing experience or PropTech sector
• Experience working in a small, high-pace, high-growth environment
• Comfortable presenting and defending commercial ideas to senior stakeholders
