About the Role

You'll provide essential athletic health services and injury management to the individuals we serve. As an Athletic Trainer developing your professional credentials, you'll gain real-world clinical experience under experienced supervision, implementing evidence-based care practices and building the foundation for a successful career in sports medicine and athletic healthcare.

Core Duties

  • Evaluate and document athletic injuries, conditions, and health concerns with appropriate clinical assessment
  • Develop and implement injury prevention education and conditioning programs
  • Provide emergency care response and immediate injury management
  • Assist with therapeutic treatment planning and athlete rehabilitation protocols
  • Maintain detailed clinical records and coordinate care with supervising medical professionals
  • Educate athletes on injury prevention, biomechanics, and recovery best practices
  • Support protective equipment fitting, maintenance, and safety compliance

Who We're Looking For

  • Current candidate for NATA Board Certification or pursuing Athletic Trainer licensure
  • Completion of an accredited Athletic Training education program
  • Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
  • Dedication to athlete safety and clinical excellence
  • Ability to work effectively with medical teams and healthcare providers
  • Physical capability to perform athletic training responsibilities in varied settings
  • CPR/AED certification or commitment to obtaining it
