Rochester is hiring an Ambulatory Technician for our Westside location at Strong West Ortho. This Full Time position plays a key role in supporting quality patient care in our orthopedic outpatient facility.

You'll work alongside physicians and medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences at our Westside facility. Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify insurance information, and complete intake documentation
• Prepare examination and treatment rooms with necessary equipment and supplies
• Measure and record vital signs and relevant health information
• Assist and support patients during examinations and minor procedures
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical instruments and work areas per protocol
• Manage patient scheduling and help coordinate care flow throughout the day
• Address patient questions and ensure comfort during clinic visits
• Protect patient privacy and follow all applicable healthcare regulations

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; medical assistant certification or similar healthcare background is valued
• Genuine interest in patient care and strong interpersonal skills
