About This Position

We are seeking an experienced clinical administrator to serve as Assistant Director of Clinical Administration. Your Responsibilities

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare compliance
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement and patient safety methodologies
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability
