Drop Ship Operations Specialist

QVC is seeking a Full Time Drop Ship Operations Specialist to join one of our 2 Locations. In this role, you'll manage the complete lifecycle of drop-shipped orders, from placement through customer delivery, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service quality.

The Opportunity

As a Drop Ship Operations Specialist at QVC, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our drop ship supply chain. This full-time position offers the chance to work with one of the industry's most recognized brands while developing expertise in vendor management, order processing, and logistics coordination. You'll be at the center of ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and track drop ship orders from initial placement through final delivery to customers
• Communicate with supplier partners to coordinate order fulfillment, shipment schedules, and delivery expectations
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and customer issues related to drop shipped merchandise
• Maintain accurate records in order management systems and update inventory data in real time
• Conduct quality assurance checks on shipments and documentation to ensure compliance with QVC standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, logistics, and procurement
• Identify opportunities to improve drop ship processes and reduce operational costs

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with order management, inventory tracking, and ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act independently and make sound decisions
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, vendor management, or related field is preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple orders and vendors
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in supply chain management a plus
